About Our Network

We have housed our primary hosting servers for more than three years at the GNAX facility in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, located in one of the city's two main Telco Hotel vaults, with access to all the major fiber and IP backbones and the highest quality of power and security in the city. Your website has a home here. Why would you settle for anything else?

  • Datacenter features 24/7 on-site technical staff
  • 99.999% Connectivity
  • Uninterruptible power supplies and generator backup
  • Dual Liebert provided consistent temperature and humidity range in the datacenter
  • State of the art datacenter ID system and security including video surveillance and recording
  • Redundant Cisco BGP routing and switching infrastructure with cold spares - allows for equipment failure with no interruption of service and timely replacement of the failed item.
  • State of the art monitoring system for all servers and network devices with instant failure notification.
  • The network features a few large pipes of quality providers to handle spikes in traffic and the occasional DoS attack as well as unknown traffic patterns in the case of a primary link failure. The network minimum Internet backbone connection is 1 gig pipes. We currently have 5 backbone providers and are publicly peered with 12 providers including earthlink. Our current network consists of Gigabit links to Abovenet, XO, PCC-BTN, Telia, Level 3 and the Atlanta Internet Exchange public peering point. Your sites will not get bottlenecks due to small pipes.
  • Our critical files, including your web sites, are backed up to separate media daily, and backed up to remote storage weekly to allow recovery from hardware failures or other unanticipated events.
